Marsden Group grew from a shared passion for building, design and the possibilities of home. Today, our family-led team brings together decades of experience across construction, development, property management and design. We remain hands-on and closely connected to every project, creating places with care, intention and a long view of the communities they become part of.
Our Community
We live and work on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, and many of Marsden Group’s properties are located in Sooke, on our region’s ruggedly beautiful western coast. The communities within which we focus our work are ever-growing and in close proximity to BC’s capital city of Victoria as well as world-renowned hiking trails and scenic vistas.
This neck of the woods truly is the best of both the urban and natural worlds.
